We have a dedicated team of experienced engineers & technicians on site able to receive your faulty instruments. Our service:

1. Arrange delivery (or we can) of your faulty instrument(s)
2. Initial inspection by our team (£75)
3. Quotation provided for the work required to repair, using OEM or alternative parts
4. Once accepted, we carry out the work, waiving the initial £75 fee
5. Shipped, ready and working back to you.

Alternatively, depending on location (UK/Europe) we can make a site visit.
